Aubrey said Daniel was sweating a lot tonight, so the nurse checked him and discovered he has a partially collapsed lung -- due to the pressure in his chest cavity. She sedated him so he can get some sleep before his surgery tomorrow.
Daniel; when we push off from my neighborhood into the Oconee River, and head downstream for the Gulf, we'll have to do our overnight camping on sand bars (as we discussed). Ain't no gaitor gonna' attack someone like you, havin' all those scars from the bike wreck.
Miz Betsy says she misses your help in our kitchen.
I wish there was something more we could do for Daniel! Our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family. We have faith that the surgery will go well today. Life is not always easy. Sometimes we need to look at the eternal perspective of everything and how our trials will make us stronger. Brian, BJ & Family
